What sneakers did you swear you hated but have caved and grown to like

Hoka for sure, I hated the giant white soles. The newer models changed my mind. Keds and Converse had to grow on me. I'm generally a fan of most running shoes and not much else.

My partner purchased some blue canvas sneakers with ribbed gummy soles. I did not hate them but I was neutral about them. However for some reason they started to grow on me and seeing her put them on and wear them was a turn on for me. When she was not around I picked them up and would run my finger across the soles and twist and bend them - the rubber was so soft and flexible. my dick then badly wanted to feel those soles and I was totally hooked on them and my partner realized this. She had given me sneaker jobs with other sneakers so she was soon giving me sneaker jobs with them using the soles and it felt so wonderful. Alas they finally wore out and she chucked them out.
