They're much easier to walk in than they look!
With stilettos that are thin like a pencil, they are my thinnest heels.

I have worn them to a relative's graduation, dinner, and to teaching.

Stilettos Fan, that has happened a couple times. They do make tiny indents on wooden floors so they do some damage but its not really noticeable unless you look very closely, as 0.5cm is a small, small indent.
