have you ever tried on your wife/girlfriends knee boots? The situation will arise when a session just happens to start when she is wearing her boots. You can make a throw-away comment along the lines of 'should I be wearing boots too'. I meant also to say - do not try and proceed too fast - choose a time when she is likely to be most receptive and say it in a way that gives her an easy escape eg laughing it off as a joke. It could be a while before all the planets, stars and the Moon are in the right places.
