Of course, larger the size, the higher the heel can go. On size 39, the heel height is about 10 to 12 cm maximum, because the Di-Marni boots has a slim fit with a very narrow heel, they look much taller visually.

Hi there, I buy all my thighboots and knee boots from a company called skyscrapers. They are UK based and all the footwear is handmade in London. They only do patent and matt leathers heels up to 6" on single sole and 7" with a platfrom. I have used them for years they are very good. You wait about 4-6weeks as they are handmade but worth it and the price is reasonable too. Being Ladykinkyboots mine get used for allsorts and they last well. They do have deals on ebay aswell I have got some off there. Check them out.
