I see what you mean with 7-Zip now... not your fault. The compression ratio is not always very good it depends on the video and what format it uses and what settings you have in 7-Zip. Even with the setting "Ultra" compression it isn't always an impressive compression looking at the MB you saved... I haven't figured out the best setting myself yet.
