How do you capture the screen image? I've started playing around bit and have had a few good results and would like to post the images here but am unsure how to get the screen shot. Thanks for your help.

Hit "PRTSC" which means print screen. It should be next to the "PAUSE/BREAK" key or near "F12". It just takes a picture of your screen whenever you press it. Then, you'd open paint, paste, and save. Realize that the print screen is overwritten when you hit it again so you need to paste and save between each shot or else you lose it forever.
