Licking heels clean. Do you literally do that?

I have seen this expression in this forum before. A person licked some heels clean. Do people really do this? Is it just a figure of speech? Would anyone really use their tongue to lick the inside of a toebox of a shoe? Would you lick the outside of a shoe?

Yes I do both but mostly the insides where their feet have been sweating. Then again Im also into feet and shoe humiliation so that is what strongs the urge
