What sneakers did you swear you hated but have caved and grown to like

We've all got that pair or two we despised and hated at first but saw on several women/men and had to cave
I swore I couldn't stand New balance as a whole, always thought the giant N just looked goofy and dumb on sneakers and same on women. But more I saw the pink and white 608's and finally caved on Vinted and bought a pair to wear and play with

I was never a fan of New Balance either but I got to know this cute blonde that wore them to destruction (barefoot in the summer and with black pantyhosee in the winter) so I think that had something to do with my change of mind

Converse and Vans for me.
My tastes have changed and grown throughout the 30 or so years since I discovered my kink.

I was the same in my teens, hated converse then dated a girl who had so many pairs and now I can't get enough

Yeah! It happened to me, too.
20 years ago with the Nike Shox that after the first times then had become fantastic.
In more recent times with the Nike AF: all mid and high models have become awesome. Instead the low ones all white/black have become only ok, I like them but Iām not very enthusiastic.
Also with the Fila disruptor that now always catch my attention.
