Well, I just go swimming. There is a place where people hang their clothes and put their shoes. (You also have lockers). Sometimes when it's not busy, I can quickly grab a shoe or boot and take it to a change room (next to it).
There's also a change room for people with children and for prohibited people. Just with more space. Some people leave their clothes/shoes there as well
