Maybe you can convince her of giving them to you when she is looking for new ones. Go with her to a shoe store and tell her the story about a bet with your friends concerning her shoes...

yeah, it's pretty easy, mainly because theres always loads of people around, so you can do what you wish without anyone noticing. The girl with my favourite shoes on usually sits next to me in lessons aswell, so I can just slip my phone under the desk and snap away, really do need a new phone though, the quality on this camera phone's gone way downhill since I got it (about a year ago)

That's good to know. When I'm downtown, I always wish I had a camera phone with me. Then I wonder, do I pretend like I'm fumbling with my phone to make a call? I also wonder what the reaction would be if I just asked outright if I could take a pic of their shoes. Probably easier to be candid.
