Policy on promoting Ebay sales?

Post by visitor9000 »

I was wondering - since there is no separate section specifically for selling stuff, what's the policy on promoting our own Ebay sales of sexy women's shoes (and related items)?

I'm asking since I currently have a number of shoes and boots for sale which would appeal most of all to fellow footwear fetishists, but they're not getting as many views as I would like. I thought it would help business to advertise here, but wanted to ask and make sure it's okay first. Don't want to get tagged as a spammer.

These forums are not set up to sell things, and of course there are always concerns about privacy, money back guarantees, getting scammed, etc. Not to mention that for selling different types of shoes (boots, sneakers, flats...) you'd need to make duplicate posts in other parts of the forums, and that's silly. Therefore, listing items on Ebay is much more convenient and safe. But I only ever see posts advertising clips4sale, or direct user-to-user sales, so I wasn't sure if this would be allowed or encouraged.

(Personally, I think a separate section just for selling would be useful. I come to this forum searching for entertainment and erotica, not advertisements, so it's annoying when a section is cluttered with nothing but promotions.)

I think there should be a section.

It's fine to mention your ebay sales. Unless they are cummed shoes the candid section should be most appropriate. Will think about something to do regarding sale section when I have some time.

Just like to add my bit here...
I'm really going to have to start thinning out my collection of heels, flats and underwear sometime soon to make way for some new stuff.
I think a 'Sale' section on here is a great idea - I hate ebay with it's 'Holier than thou' arrogance and it's greedy charges!
Is it within forum rules to post anywhere on here now - even if only for a pm contact?
A designated section where the site owner got some income would most certainly not be objected to - what a great place!
Keep up the good work!
