Sure. First, would you please look at all the other ENGLAND locations to make sure it wouldn't be better to add that to one of the other locations? If close enough to travel to, this way you wouldn't have to look at multiple topics to find people.

there is a norfolk one maybe it can be added to that post to cover the whole of east anglia?
