Helpful hints for walking in extremely high heels: there's a big leap up in difficulty from the 0-3 inch range to the 4-6 inch range (rare to find anything above 6 inches that is meant to be walked in). I'd try to find a pair of 5-6 inch heels with negligible platform and practice walking in those first. That will get your feet used to walking around in such an arched position, without being quite so extreme yet. Be prepared for some straining and aches; it will feel at first like cramping / pulling a muscle. Once you can do this comfortably for a while, then try the worship heels again. You should at least be able to walk for a few minutes.

Also, something that a lot of people forget: it's hard work walking in high heels. Proper stretching and exercise helps make it easier and prevents unnecessary injuries! It's like working any other muscles in the body: you would not hit the gym and instantly pick up the heaviest set of weights. Instead you'd do some warmup stretches and practice on lighter sets. Loosen up, take a walk around the block first, etc. Start wearing heels more often, like around the house or sitting at the computer, to train yourself. Walking in heels is a skill that takes practice, like anything else.

Ah thanks. Yes I believe that's where he bought me the shoes from. I know they weren't cheap but he said price didn't matter! I'm still struggling to walk in them, you say about trying lower heels, hun I'm in high heels practically every day for work. My work shoes range from 5-6 inch heels. When I'm out with my girls, again I'm in heels 6-7 inch! I think the trick with these 9 inch heels is I need to stretch fuck out of my calf muscles. Balance won't be a problem once there's no pain when I stand up in them!
