Problems logging in Muddy High Heels Forum

It has been almost a year since I cannot log in to that page and forum

The page keeps saying
"You have been permanently banned from this board.
Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.
A ban has been issued on your IP address."

Tried other computers in the same area and same result.
Don't know what's going on...

I know I have not violated ANY rules because I mainly read posts only and seldom post mine.
Must be a bug or so...
Can someone help me?
