I was asking myself the same question, I wanted to order from Africa, but to no avail, and I didn't get the code on my phone either. But I was lucky to have the opportunity to go there, but I had to translate https://www.translate.com/services/document-translation so many documents that it was just a nightmare, it seemed like I was not going to Africa, but to some super secret facility. Still, it was worth it, I bought myself exactly the pair of shoes I wanted, and I also solved some work issues, so I couldn't have done better.
