They actually did continue the Xccelerator line - but it went in a totally new direction that looked nothing like the original, so effectively died out. I guess it's always possible to see a comeback...was not expecting when they pulled the Tailwind IV out of the dustbin. Adding the modern tech to old shoes can make them not as attractive though. I couldn't imagine Xcellerators with, like, an airbag or React foam or flyknit or whatever...

I had a few pairs in my collection. I miss the Triax stlye the most! When the 1995s came out they weren't as popular til the next 2 year styles. I snagged many pairs from the girls locker room in middle school and high school. Or if girls left them laying around in the front hallway bc they were involved in sports and chamged shoes for practice after school. I'd lay my backpack down near them and then pick the shoes up using my flannel or winter jacket when getting my backpack. Worked everytime! Also did so with other nikes and adidas wish or ozweego. Most of the time i knew who's shoes they were. Made it so much hotter to fuck them! I still have my adidas. The nikes soles all disintegrated around the 10 year mark. So by 2005-2008, Inwas broken hearted losing all the Triax's i snagged or bought from ebay! I had about 70 pairs of triax. All the rubber around the air bubble just started to fall apart. I miss this particular 96 sky blue color. Womens size 10. Fit my cock perfectly to fuck them how i do sneakers. RIP all my fallen sneakers! RIP!
