Subscribed to pornhub premium, now I have trouble unsubscribing

Lets see if someone can help me with this.

I suscribed for the trial period of pornhub premium for 1 week, I forgot to cancel premium and got charged the first month, gave it a try and found it interesting for a while, but during the first month, I canceled the premium account, even though I would be charged later on as it seems it had not been canceled.

Now I have written an email to the company that charges me instead of pornhub, by now, it seems I am not currently premium on pornhub, but the premium days up to the next month have been lost.

Any tips to confirm I am finally unsubscribed? Thank you.
