Finally, mud for Aldo and LKB
Great news everyone!
I've finally had time and some rain to go out and give some mud to these pretty heels. I've also bought some boots that will soon get the treatment.
I hope you enjoy the these first pictures.

Despite the tear and repair not holding up, they still seem to be doing well. Quality heels. Id give them a rinse in a stream to get the mud off.

I should have specified that leather threads should be used... they are thicker and waxed so stronger than the leather itself once properly stitched on (I bought a roll for leather crafts a few years ago).Chocolaterain wrote: Tue Sep 22, 2020 9:37 amIt didn't hold, at all.vector wrote: Tue Sep 22, 2020 8:44 am Looks like the stitch didn't hold! I don't have that kind of threads at home, but I'll check if I have something stronger than just regular threads. I have to sit down and fix them since I've found a perfect spot for abusevector wrote: Wed Sep 23, 2020 5:48 amI should have specified that leather threads should be used... they are thicker and waxed so stronger than the leather itself once properly stitched on (I bought a roll for leather crafts a few years ago).Chocolaterain wrote: Tue Sep 22, 2020 9:37 amIt didn't hold, at all.vector wrote: Tue Sep 22, 2020 8:44 am Looks like the stitch didn't hold! Right after the first trip. The second one I didn't really like the place and didn't take pictures.

I think the beige heels are always sexy . Especially with nylons.. More so when worn in mud or the pool/ wading.
Nice....!!

My friend will love the red. She is not a fan of mud like myself, but bursted shoes do it for her. Great shot!Chocolaterain wrote: Tue Sep 22, 2020 6:21 am Great news everyone!
