Legal Issues

Post by FlashBazbo »

Hey All,

I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade or anything, but I'm a criminal defense attorney licensed to practice in California. I noticed that many of you like to, for lack of a better term, "bust a nut" in an unsuspecting co-worker's shoe. In California, that would be considered Sexual Battery, a registerable offense for life in this state
Laws may be different in other jurisdictions, so if you have a question, ask an attorney licensed to practice in your jurisdiction.

All it takes is your co-worker to find something amiss with her footwear. Wetness, stickiness, or stainage can be observed by your co-worker. She can then file a complaint and the police can swab the shoe (they only need a small amount of genetic material). Depending on your jurisdiction, your employer may force you to submit to a buccal swab (they swab your cheeks) as a condition of your continued employment with the company. If there is a match, you may be toast depending on your jurisdiction. Again, if you have any questions about this ask an attorney in your jurisdiction! I'm not trying to ruin your day or be a douchebag, I'm just advising you all to think before you act. There are other ways to deal with this fetish than risking the pain and embarrasment of a criminal charge. In other words, I say because I care.

Thanks for the advice man. You address a very valid point. Some topics have a sliding scale, moving towards full face pictures and I have doubts if all ladies are of legal age. There ae few sub forums where I feel comfortable

Thats a damn good point. I admit though not to Co workers but I have done it many times. I understand the addiction and the craving but in this day and age there's cameras everywhere and alot more people are aware of us now than they were 20 years ago. Risks are higher though I doubt it will deter many. The want and temptation are extremely powerful and anybody who's been confronted with a pair of unattended shoes knows how strongly your lust can overpower your rational thought. Thanks though for bringing this to light. Nothing is worth jail time and the humiliation of a record. Let's be smart out there guys. Know when the odds are NOT in your favor and just walk away. Take a mental picture and put it in your spank bank.

http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces ... nNum=243.4.

The sexual battery statute says: "“Intimate part” means the sexual organ, anus, groin, or buttocks of any person, and the breast of a female."

Unless there is case law that says feet are "intimate parts," I don't see how this statute would criminalize cumming in shoes?

The security director at Concordia university Chicago got arrested and was charged with two misdemeanors for it. Lady saw him buttoning up his pants as he came out of her office. She found a "clear liquid substance" in her heels under her desk. I'm sure it varies state by state but it's illegal to do sexual things in public with other people's things. Sure it's not a felony but California has laws for absolutely everything. It's not assault by my standards but none the less if a woman feels violated she can press charges.

Thanks, Flash. I usually bring that up, since most women are still baffled by this particular subject. In addition, most of them may feel offended by that. So, there is the reason I always advise our mates here to play safe.

I keep my advice: keep your eyes open - cameras may ruin your life. And yes, what he said may be used against you. Do you lads remember the guy who came in his co-worker's water? She scanned the whole company, and the guy went to jail. And what's worse: no woman will be comfortable to work with him again. Unless he changes country.

I was already here when that case about the man leaving the office buttonning up his pants happened. Maybe he was a rookie, or he loved to take chances. Like I told you, I studied one week to take a pair of heels in an office building I was working as a consultant last month - fortunately (?) they were not there when I was ready. Just like a bank robbery, things can go wrong and the thief get killed - in other words, the shoe owner may show up earlier and have you busted.

Let's upgrade our skills, and never get caught. Play safe, mates!

I sure hope everybody is reading this post. Ever since he posted it, I've been looking up stories that made some sort of headline. Everything from celing mounted security cameras to teddy bear and door bell cams. They're everywhere and in the day an age of smart phones few things go un whitnessed. Like the guy just said...be smart. Do your home work and know when to walk away. Guys like us aren't exactly all over the news but we're not exactly a secret either. Guys sneaking onto college campuses and crawling under tables to sniff girls feet to guys yanking shoes right off girls feet in new York subways. The days when we could just have fun without worry of ramifications are over.

Yes, much appreciated. I have to admit that I have been lucky and have had to stop messing with co worker's shoes because of security cameras. Especially in my new office.
