so instead of cleaning JB's boots out 'as instructed' while she was in the shower......I utilized the time in another manner before putting her sweet and sticky boots back on the shelf.

........a poor effort I know.....but come on fella's...it was my 3rd for the morning, the first 2 efforts were when my girl was still in her boots obviously

........I should get around to cleaning all that melted sugar out of her boots at some stage............or not!!

JB has mentioned that her ankles have been getting sore when wearing heels all day......I suggested fish oil?.....meant to be great for everything isn't it???

Fuck I find this sexy watching JB stick stuff into her own heels ).....what a great little compact item to be able to carry around with you that can be easily slipped into an arch gap or down the side of an ankle boot you are adorable JB xx......ps fish oil works well in twos

haha.....the one under her arch burst before she left the house that morning and squished all through her shoe.......the one I put up in the toes actually lasted the entire day.....and is still up there now

.........we tried a biscuit in her ankle boots on the weekend.......that was pretty fun, thought they would be on and off straight away.......but not so, she wore them round for several hours squashing a biscuit in each boot
