Does anyone else here like buckles? I'm really starting to notice them. In fact I think I might be developing a buckle fetish. I love seeing them on sandals, slingbacks, maryjanes, and strap pumps. Also I loves seeing them as a detail on the vamp of shoes like certain loafers and lost of pumps. They seem to be very common in the "sensible shoe" category. Here are some pics of a few pumps and flats that have buckles used as decoration on the vamp.

I still and always say what really makes a shoe sexy, flats to 4" heels, is how the shoe compliments the shape of the woman's foot. A low shoe can be really sexy, sometimes more than a high heel. Proportions have to be right. But details like how low the sidelines of the shoe (arch and instep peaks), how low the vamp goes across the toes (toe cleavage!!!!), the placement of the heel to the length of the shoe, all matter. But shoes which make a woman's foot look clunky or heavy, or if her toes hang over the open front of the shoe, to me are actually turn-offs. That's why I don't like any platform heels, or "stripper" heels with their foot sliding forward in the shoe, toes dangling off the sole in front. Just looks cheap.

My 1st wife frequently wore a pair of black leather Connie brand pumps with 1.5" heel, low sidelines and low vamp that showed a lot of toe cleavage (especially in nylons). The pumps had just the right proportions, and she soon realized how it turmed me on when she wore them. More than a few times they either stayed on her feet, or she put them on when I fucked her. Ahhh, the good ol' glam 80's.

For us guys that get off on these styles, get yourself a copy of the porn movie "Nylon". There is a big part in the movie where the main character talks about his nylon fetish during the 70's. Three gals, two in stockings and one in pantyhose, get him off, and they are all wearing mid-heeled 70-vintage style sandals. Looks REALLY hot and sure to get you off, did for me. Then other scenes in the movie include hot pointy pumps, mid-heel pumps, and yeah, the obligatory platform heels. But LOTS of good nylon/shoes scenes. Its worth buying for sure.
