The movie opens with the Kween sitting on the floor leaning on her couch, dressed in her clinging blue air hostess uniform, with her long smooth bare legs crossed at the knee and a black Agent Provocateur mule dangling from her beautiful bare foot. In the background is her flight case with her high heels and a variety of nylons dangling out as she selects a coffee table book and opens it, kicking and waving her dangling her worn black fluffy mule hypnotically into the camera, flexing her ankle before lowering her leg and the book and giving us a cheeky wave of her hand as we are caught staring at her sexy display. She carries on teasing us with her dangling shoe, flicking it wildly from her toes and arching her bare foot and showing us her cute wrinkles lining her soft sole, then lowers the book to capture us staring at her antics again, waving at us once more from behind the large book.
