you can use

You can create online folders and protect them with passwords if you want to and upload files up to 60 MB, if they are bigger you can use 7zip

http://www.7zip.com/

it's a good free program similar to winrar, you can split-up files with it too If you need some more detailed help just ask and I'll help a little more.

Or you can use rapidshare but I haven't used that myself yet, so I can't say very much about that, you can upload files there with 100MB max and split the movie like malestrom do and upload it in parts all can be extracted after download as one file
