Perhaps cumming on 18 and under shoes is some form of child abuse, molestation, or something to that effect. But I doubt cumming on your mom's or sisters things is breaking criminal law. Of course, without consent it's always possibly breaking civil law.

If the fixation was on the shoes alone then it wouldn't be incestuous, but the fixation isn't on the shoes alone. If it was on the shoes alone, then we'd just go and buy a brand new pair from the shop (some do). But no, most of us like them worn - there is undeniably some sexual desire for the person who the shoes belong to.
That's an awful argument. Many people prefer well worn shoes from strangers or completely unknown people, as it is the case with found shoes.

Are they having actual intercourse with a family member? No. But they certainly are having a form of sexual relationship with them. It is therefore incestuous. Undeniably.
In the US and many countries, only intercourse is illegal. I seriously doubt cumming in someone's shoes counts.

I have seen many posts on this forum of people pointing out that it is 'not right' to be fucking a family member's shoes.
Personally, the thought of fucking a family member's shoes is disgusting.
Why? Because it is incestuous. Many people on the forum share this opinion.
You're basically answering "because it's incestuous" to "why is incest disgusting?"
nice appeal to popularity also

It is in the same way wrong as fucking the shoes of someone under the age of 18 is wrong.
How, lol?
There's nothing inherently wrong with cumming children's shoes. Cumming the shoes of a kid is wrong because you as an adult are taking advantage of them. You're allowing them to wear your cum. Taking advantage of your mom or sister, while creepy isn't abusive.
