Nothing to thank, you are so, thanks to mother nature
I mean according to the dressing "etiquette" that pumps and not only pointy slingbacks and peep-toe heels should be worn exclusively barefoot. I do understand that in Finland the climate is very cold and you need at least tights/stockings...but in spring and summer you can wear them barefoot, and I believe it's a completely different feeling when you skin touches the leather of the shoes.
