During the 90s and 2000s, a VERY popular office shoe here in Australia was what I call the 'loafer pump'.
To this day, to me, it is probably THE sexiest shoe a lady can wear. Even though my modern obsession is the ballet flat, I will always have a huge attraction to the classic sexiness of a woman who chooses to wear loafer-pumps ...block-heeled shoes with a classic feminine 'tab' at the front, like these...
