You don't have to ask, if you think the person you are talking too is underage then terminate the conversation there and then.
And it doesn't matter that its sex with a persons shoes, that's just a cheap get out clause.

Assumption No 1...I ,personally, am interested in the shoes NOT the owner/wearer. I don't assume everyone thinks the way I do.
Assumption No 2(I quote) "~ I am not going to do is seek out shoes of someone who is or who I suspect is underage" You are assuming he has gone seeking underage girls....this I doubt.......
