I know exactly what you mean. When I used to work in downtown Manhattan it was nice to see the businesswomen in their high heels and business suits walking around especially on a rainy or slushy day.

If I were king of the world, I'd make it perfectly acceptable to be able to walk up to the girl in the 4th pic and say "Excuse me, you look like you need your toes sucked on and your shoes fucked", which of course she would go along with. :)
