Hi all

Please be aware of another risk when you try to copy this: Your mucosa is not very good at being a barrier to germs that could be on the heel. DO desinfect the part you'd like to insert prior to any play!

die gerne sowas ausprobieren möchten. Es gibt noch ein weiteres, grösseres Risiko: Eure Schleimhaut ist eine schlechte Barriere für irgend welche Keime, die sich auf dem Absatz befinden könnten. Unbedingt das Teil vor dem Spielen desinfizieren!

If you want it to really feel good, have your lady do it with here foot in the shoe and move the heel in and out. Once you do it with her you won't do it yourself. :twisted:

What's the trick to inserting the heel? I can't seem to force it in. It just won't go in, and it hurts. Also what do you use to disinfect the heel? Thanks, I would really like to try this, but I need help here.
