Love the round toe heels 
Now you fo realise when ever you sit with your legs crossed & your arches are showing a nice little gap, that most men that have a thing for nice legs in high heels, are dreaming of unloading straight into your arch gap, so it floods into your heels & pooling under the balls of your feet! ....
Or if your sitting with your legs crossed, with a male friend, try just reaching down while chatting with him and slip your finger into that arch gap & slowly just push it in and out lol...or do it with your pen

Perfection. Simple round toe, flat sole, not excessively high. Ready for lots of hard work now.
