Partner really wants me to yellow up her knee high converse. Been cumming on them for a couple months but very little progress. Any tips?

If you meant cumstain-yellow, that's one thing and can't particularly speed it up...if you mean the appearance of ageing that all shoe rubber goes through, consider storing in better (meaning, worse) conditions? Damp, humid, hot, sun exposure, etc. Though of course this weakens the shoe and that's already a hard-to-find model. Also the usual risks of mildew and such, like any mistreated clothes.
Roughing up the rubber to simulate wear also helps a little, e.g. with (fine) sandpaper. Stuff sticks better, oxidization happens faster.
