Always nice to see a pair of skaters but personally I prefer Graffiks and Chelsea to those

Oh, DCs were a great thing "back in the day", I liked them! I also liked Emerica, Globe, Etnies, Osiris, Adio, És, DVS, Airwalk, Lakai, Buffalo (yep they made skate shoes, mostly known are the Osiris-D3-looking ones), ... Even Vans made some cool models besides their classic 60's styles.
DCs were on the "better" side of the market. The ones shown are quite cool, suede is a must, pink elements make them girly, they just are a bit too clean-looking for me (the tip and tongue is just one part, for example).
So: 8 out of 10

Love em! DCs are some of my favorites. Would love to see a worn out pair!
