Adidas Superstar II Fat Laces

I saw a young woman today wearing Adidas Superstars with the fat laces.
Are they making these again? I loved my old pair years ago... would love another pair.

I miss this type superstar. I loved the metal eyelets and cloth like material on the inside with the fat laces.

Not really, the shape of them was different, the eyelets were metal (as has been said here) and they were wider looking. The modern materials used are inferior too, just much worse shows now overall, even if still one of the best fetish sneakers around lol

I do like the older eyelets seen on the medals from the late 1990s to the mid 2000s, as well as the medal on the front lace.
Remember so many of these in so many colors too. The early Y2K era was a great time for sexy sneakers.

Yah, they were wider. The ones today are much narrower... I notice many women wearing them a size or so too big.
