Help finding a movie

Long shot here i know, but would anyone be able to help me find a movie i seen in the mid 2000's.
The movie was european, maybe eastern, russian, ukrainian maybe, it was in subtitles. I cant really remember the plot but it was about a very sexy blonde lady who wore heels throughout the movie, some scenes of her walking in the snow in her heels, also another scene she tried to get money so went to do web cam porn at a run down apartment block.
If anyone else remembers a movie similar id be very thankful
