Shoesession

My name is Jonn, some of you will remember me some, wont. Many moons ago I used to post more often, pics and ocasionally vids of my wife in thighboots in mud. However a certain individual who goes by the name of thighbootsinmud starting reposting my work on other sites stricktly against my wishes. Now we were always happy to distribute our work, free of charge amongst true fans of wet and messy boots but i distictly did not want this work going out on general distribution as it could cause embaresment as we aren't proffesionals at this and have day jobs. As a cocequence of this I posted no more of my work a total of 6 hours of vids and photos we wanted to share.
To bring you up to date I have now found him posting the vid on youtube where I am very concerned about the concequence. I have checked youtubes policy on copyrighted material but I'm afraid it seems to be designed to asisst corperations with lawyers not joe public with his home movies. I have sent a message asking him to remove the vid but he has never listened before so I don't expect he will this time which is why I am asking the advice of you all here, what can I do?

Mine by the way is not the only work there he has work by others whcih he has stolen too.

I have flagged your video as a violation of other terms of use. We'll see if YouTube responds within 24-48 hours like they say.

I suggest that you also go and flag the video as inappropriate, and select "Other Terms of Use Violation". The way I see it, it is your video, and that you have asked the poster to remove it, but he refused (that I believe is a violation of the terms of use).

Jonn, on behalf of wethighheels i appologize for the plagairism you have suffered, and it shall not go on any further, please look through this forum and pm me links of topics posted by this member to me that are works of yours hes posting as a claim of his. they will be removed, or credited to your name, and i will inform wetshoe, as a ban maybe in order to deal with this.

thanks guys i apreciate it. In a way I found it quite saddening at the time as I enjoy this forum and was keen to contribute but realy did not want it put out to mass distribution like that.
