I’ve crushed a variety of foods sweet and savory for my partner to eat from the bottom of me Heels, but what should I make him eat from them next??

How about crushing an old pair of high heels with a new pair? Make a point of showing that the old ones know they are being replaced even though they were a favourite. Then despite the pleading for mercy for them take your new heels and use them to crush the old ones to a pulp. Do it over several episodes so that they know they are finished as wearing shoes and are now just garbage to be slowly crushed and torn apart bit by bit.
