What would you say is the ratio between women and men that wear wellies? I would say is like 13 girls / 1 men.

I'm in London now and I have seen like 13 women wearing wellington boots and just one man doing the same in the city (in just 3 days).

So, my ratio is: 13:1 for now, what's yours?
