I did a pair of those elastic-top flats last weekend. They are also work flats of a lovely young lady in our office and it felt great. The insole is silver, so there is not much contrast with the semen and the pictures are a bit disappointing.

I did just that and they were perfect; tuck yourself in and you will push hard against the end of the toe. Here is the result of my time with them; just wish the insoles were darker.
