need some help finding some boots.

Hello everyone i was wondering if any of you could tell me where i could get boots that have a certain look to them. I found some from the rue 21 brand but they didn't have the size i needed in stock when i found them. Here are some pics to show the style i mean. It would be really nice if i could find them or even have someone custom make a pair or two to suit my needs.

Rue 21 has closed lots of stores. About your only option is used or pre-owned.
Ebay or Poshmark if you're lucky.
What size do you need?

hello Brevelyn, they don't have to be from rue 21 i was wondering if anyone knew of any other brands/companies made a boot that had the stripes down the side like them but thank you for the info about getting some of the rue 21 boots. Also the size my wife and i wear are usually 9-10 US shoe size for women.
