I want to agree. Without offending anyone. Myself i have emailed for help at least 10 times under different profiles. Even when I encountered issues with users etc. Till today. Not one reply. Surely we can get a team of mods who are really genuinely into this?

Wetshoe is the only one who can deal with user issues. Apart from that, I never got any message.
