Failed to move uploaded file

Hi!
I already wrote about this to Wetshoe, but he did not read my message yet.
I discovered I cannot upload any images any more. Whatever I try to attach, the file starts to upload, but after uploaded (100%), I then get an error saying "Failed to move uploaded file". The files are small (less than 800 K) and I saved them with various tools and tried various browsers. It seems to be an issue with my acocunt. Maybe I have already uploaded too much and my quota is full or something. Image upload used to work with the older forum software; this seems to be the first time I want to upload something using the new software.
Does anybody know if I can fix this myself? Or is there anybody except Wetshoe who could look into my account and try to fix this?
