Just a little update. Sadly the garden is done so she doesnt wear her wellies anymore but they receive a load from time to time

Since my parents are gone on holiday i did some lookup on the internet and found 1 last pair of rubber Aigle ridingboots on sale in my size, which is bloody hard to get (EUR 46!!).
I have very wide calves so they make an almost airtight seal.

They arrived this morning and let me tell you, this is the best feeling ever! Wearing rubber knee boots, the feeling you get when the inside warms up and get sticky to the calves.
Shame that they are so easy to spot and I cant really walk in public with them.

Don't get me wrong I don't have any kind of weird feeling about my mom, it's entirely related to clothing/material.
