Yes they are! Thong sandals to be a little more precise,and they look awesome!! 
Great wear,they must be one of her favorite pairs!
I may be more inclined to do a tribute shot if you post some pics of her feet please !

Flat sandals are considered flats for me. Not just ballerina flats. And I love these type of sandals too.
