The ankle boots I think would stain very easily so wouldn't dare cum the outside of them, the heel parts are ok to though
There the same material as timberland bootsm, not sure about been waterproof, she won't wear them if it's raining.

I'll give it a go lol. She wore the big boots all day yesterday with jeans on, couldn't keep my eyes off her
