Broken heels?

Hi,

My silver stiletto pumps heel will hear a strange sound, as if someone had a metal off the heel inside the shoe to shake.

Does anyone know how to say what is the reason? Is heels broken inside?

One of the screws or nails attaching the heel to the rest of the shoe has come loose, perhaps?

Heel is firmly attached and does not wiggle, maybe the sound is not so harmful...
