New have a pair of aldo size 38 boots. I read online to put water in a zip lock bag, and put it inside the boot/ heel and put it in your freezer. When the water turns to ice, it expands. I let them sit for about 8! Hours. Let then thaw out, tried them on and they fit perfect! Just a little tip if you want to squeeze your foot in a pair that doesn't fit! I've also read if you do this multiple times you can almost get a full size and a half by doing this!
