If I had to choose, i would take none of them. But the 4th pair is, to me, the best of the fives.

I voted the fourth pair, but the third pair look good too!
The fourth ones look the same style as the ones that Eden and I are working on ruining

Ok I voted for the last ones and your pics and video are great! The loop may be to facilitate the retailer so the shoes can be tied together (with a price tag) and the pair not separated??
