I have a cousin like that...... I cured him....he would always steal my shoes and not give them back. I did it by process of elimination. He was 16 at the time....I was 18... I knew it was him...so I had a talk with him...and told him he could always have one pair in his possession BUT I wanted them perfectly cleaned and polished when I got them back.
