I would say a consignment shop. All kinds of girls sell their shoes there and a bunch more try them on while shopping.

You can also buy them new from any shoe store but these shoes have no scent.

Also, you can just any cute girl you know for them, ether for free, or buy them from her. If you are a real gentlemen, take her shoe shopping for some new shoes in exchange for her old shoes she is going to throw away anyway. She will be more than happy.
