I like she cut the straps of the first pair - very hot!! I see the leather of the toebox is separating from the sole: why don't you definitively rip it off and open a huge rip in the toebox, so that your girlfiriend's toes can take fresh air when she walks and can show up from the front of the shoe? It would be amazing!!!
